Tig Gilliam, Chief Executive Officer The diverse portfolio of businesses that Gilliam leads accounts for over 15% of the organization's total worldwide sales and is a leading profit driver for the Fortune Global 500 company. Among Gilliam's many roles, he is instrumental in driving growth across Adecco's professional business lines, while expanding the company's dominant core office and industrial staffing business – of which it is the market leader across North America and around the world.
Prior to joining Adecco in March of 2007, Gilliam was a partner and the global and Americas leader of supply chain management for IBM Global Business Services. While at IBM, he served in various management positions, including Americas leader for consumer goods, wholesale distribution and the software industry. Also, he was personally selected by the chairman of IBM to serve on the Integration and Values Team – a group of senior executives chosen to lead the integration of the company's businesses according to the organization's core values.
In 2002, Gilliam joined IBM through its acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, where he started his career in 1987. He became a partner at Price Waterhouse in 1996 and held various leadership roles in operations improvement, technology enablement, organizational change and performance management. At the time of the acquisition by IBM, he was global and Americas leader for its consumer products and retail industry practices. Gilliam brings strong expertise in managing a diversified services portfolio and a track record of sustainable growth in revenue and profitability. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and an MS in Systems Engineering from University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Stephen Nolan, Chief Financial Officer In his role as CFO, Stephen Nolan manages all tax, IT, service center, finance, procurement and risk management functions for the North American operations of Adecco. He works with other members of senior management to build financial strategies around sales growth, margin improvement and increased profitability.
Stephen is a financial and operations executive with broad international experience in transportation,energy and consumer products for both new and established businesses.
His career experience has been marked by key contributions to the development and improvement of processes, controls, and financial transparency at DHL Danzas Air & Ocean, Newpower Holdings and Reckitt Benckiser. His career demonstrates a focus on the bottom line, a history of proven results and the ability to leverage technology and data to gain efficiencies and lower costs.
Stephen earned a bachelor of commerce degree from University College Dublin and is a chartered accountant.

Joyce Russell, President & COO Adecco Office, Industrial and TransportationAs President and Chief Operating Officer , Joyce Russell oversees field operations and executes new growth strategies for the company to help sustain Adecco's role as the global leader in workforce solutions. Her main charge is running the company's core office and industrial staffing business, of which it is the market leader in across the U.S.
Russell runs all sales initiatives and leads the company's talent acquisition and development strategies. And to promote Adecco's brand, Russell manages marketing strategies, maintains business connections with senior leaders of many Fortune 100 corporations, and is Adecco's key media liaison. An effective and strategic leader, Russell has been with Adecco for two decades, and has firmly established her talent for cultivating sales and providing high quality service.
She initially joined Adecco as branch manager and gained experience in various positions at the company. Russell would eventually become senior vice president of Adecco's Southern Division– the company's largest operating unit with more than 200 offices.
Russell is well recognized in the staffing industry for her achievements, most recently winning the 2006 Highest Leaf Award from the Women's Venture Fund, a non-profit organization that supports the business aspirations of women entrepreneurs. Russell also won Adecco's Rookie of the Year Award in 1988 and Most Improved Area Award in 1990, and was recognized in 1998, 1999, and 2002 for running the most profitable divisions in the company
Russell earned her bachelor's degree in Business and Communications from Baylor University in Texas. Additionally, Russell was selected as one of two Adecco employees to be an official torch runner at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia. She is on the Board of Directors for the Chief Diversity Officer's Roundtable at Cornell University and is a volunteer of the Young Life and Hope Unlimited organizations. She is married with two sons.

Steven Hinckley, President & COO Global MSP Solutions, Adecco GroupSteven Hinckley is responsible for leading the consulting arm of Adecco Group North America for large enterprise clients across key industries including financial services, telecommunications and IT. His team’s service portfolio includes enterprise workforce assessment, strategy development and management of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), vendor management system (VMS) and managed services provider (MSP) programs.
Hinckley joined Adecco Group from IBM Business Consulting Services where he was a partner in its life Sciences Practice. He joined IBM when it acquired the consulting arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. His expertise includes global supply chain strategy design and implementation, global SAP implementation, global CRM strategy development and CRM implementation. His time with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers included a six-year international assignment in Tokyo Japan where he led the Consumer Goods Practice and a number of client engagements within Japan and across Asia.
Prior to IBM, he was the director of logistics and planning for Vie de France Yamakazi, Inc. He also held several senior positions on the operations team at Nabisco Biscuit for seven years.
He has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland College Park and has participated in Wharton Executive Programs.

Ed assumed this position after serving as Senior Vice President, Marketing at Ajilon,a Adecco Group company. He joined the company in April of 1994 after working in sales, marketing and creative positions for the world's premier marketing communications firms and top corporations. Ed is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America and the American Marketing Association. He graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.

Bryan Ackermann, Chief Information Officer Bryan leads Adecco Group's IT strategy, development and implementation. With over 20 years of experience with significant expertise in the management of large multinational systems implementations, most recently, Bryan served as Director, Solutions and Asset Management for IBM’s Center for Business Optimization. As one of the original executives appointed to the Center in 2005, Bryan successfully established the operating business model and processes for the unit; then defined and assembled the development, commercialization, legal, finance and operations teams. The Center now operates globally, and has delivered results for over 1,500 clients.
Other executive management roles included Director, IT Strategy and Architecture for IBM’s corporate Office of the CIO, and Partner leading the Americas IT Architecture and Infrastructure practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Holland manages the combined Adecco Group North America legal department with responsibility for legal and regulatory matters in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Most recently, Holland was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of MPS Group, Inc. and a member of MPS Group’s executive committee.Holland assisted with the sale of MPS Group to Adecco and led the global legal department at MPS, including securities regulation and SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, disclosure controls and procedures, general commercial and corporate matters, employment law and litigation.; Prior to joining MPS Group, Holland was in private practice with leading national and regional law firms concentrating on commercial and employment litigation, labor law and trial practice. Holland holds a JD cum laude from Stetson University College of Law, a BSBA with a major in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, and is admitted to the state and federal courts in Florida by the American Bar Associate. He is currently sits on the Board of the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville and is a member of the General Counsel Committee of the National Conference of State Courts. Holland previously served as President of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville, Inc and served on the Florida Supreme Court Task Force on Complex Litigation. Holland works from Adecco’s offices in Melville, NY and Jacksonville, FL. Holland and his wife Deanna reside in Jacksonville and have three children. Mitchell is responsible for all aspects of talent management for the company’s nearly 8,000 colleagues and the additional 100,000 temporary associates it employs everyday across North America.
Mitchell is a 25 year veteran of the human resources industry and previously held senior roles at a diverse set of other industry-leading Fortune 500 organizations including Wal-Mart, FedEx and CSX Corporation. She has deep experience in all aspects of human resource management including organization development, business transformation, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, succession planning, M&A integration and employee relations.
Most recently, Mitchell led U.S. Compensation for Wal-Mart where she oversaw all compensation best practices and created the first total rewards site. Prior to her U.S. based role, Mitchell led executive and international compensation teams for Wal-Mart.
At FedEx, Mitchell was the head of HR for the $3 billion freight segment, reporting directly to the CEO, where she provided vision and leadership for all human resources functions for 25,000 employees at four operating companies. She led the development of the shared services HR function of 90 colleagues and was an advisor to senior leadership on how to embrace and execute the FedEx People First philosophy. Mitchell earned an M.S. degree in Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation, and a B.S. degree in Education from Syracuse University. She’s a member of several boards, an active member of the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS), and past national board member of the American Society of Training & Development. She is certified both as a SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CPC) through World at Work (WAW).

John P. “Jack” Cullen is EVP & President of the Information Technology specialty brands at Adecco Group North America, part of the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Cullen is responsible for leading Adecco’s specialty staffing businesses in the Information Technology sector.
Cullen has been in the information technology resource management business since 1985. Most recently, Cullen was President of Modis, a former MPS Group company. Cullen held this position since November 2000 and during his tenure he successfully improved the branch network by standardizing delivery, developing metric tracking for management and defining a culture that became the foundation for all Modis offices. He also grew Top 5 client revenue by 50% and temp revenue by 28%, in addition to achieving direct hire growth of 300% over four years. Prior to joining the IT sector, Cullen worked for Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive as a sales professional and account manager.
Cullen is a former President of the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and has been a speaker and panelist on numerous industry panels.
He currently serves on the Board of the Washington DC Basketball Hall of Fame. Cullen is a graduate of the University of Maryland and serves on the Board of Trustees at the University. He and his wife Carolyn currently reside in Rockville, Maryland. They have two daughters, Kristin and Kathleen. Cullen enjoys playing basketball and an occasional round of golf as well as watching the University of Florida Lacrosse team where his daughter, Kathleen, is a midfielder.

John L. Marshall has been in the professional staffing industry since 1998 when he joined the law department of the former MPS Group Inc. as Vice President. In that position, he was responsible for the legal aspects of over $1 billion in acquisitions and dispositions. In 2001, Marshall was promoted to Senior Vice President of MPS Group Services and then was named President of Special Counsel, Inc., the legal services unit of the former MPS Group and the nation’s largest provider of specialized legal staffing and related services with 39 offices and nine Turnkey Legal Centers. In August 2006, Marshal was named President of Accounting Principals, the accounting and finance staffing unit of the former MPS Group.
Marshall began his legal career in 1988 as an associate in the Corporate Finance department at King & Spalding, one of the South’s oldest law firms, where he provided counsel for public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and contract negotiations. In 1993, Marshall left King & Spalding to become a member of the AT&T law department, where he became the chief legal officer for AT&T American Transtech, an employee and consumer services outsourcing company based in Jacksonville, Florida.
John remains a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is on the Board of Directors of the City of Jacksonville’s Job Opportunity Board. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Marshall received his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with Honors with majors in both Economics and Political Science, he and his wife, Dale, returned to Florida where he attended the University of Florida College of Law. In 1988, Marshall received his J.D. with Honors and was awarded the Order of the Coif.

Bob Cecchini is President of Entegee, a leading specialty engineering staffing and solutions provider and part of Adecco Group, the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Most recently, Cecchini was President of ENTEGEE, a former MPS Group company. Cecchini joined MPS Group Inc. in 1992 as Chief Operating Officer of Additional Technical Support Inc. When MPS purchased ATSI in February of 1996, Cecchini was promoted to President. In July 1998, the name of the division changed to ENTEGEE Engineering Technical Services to reflect the national scope of services, and Cecchini was named President. Prior to joining MPS he was Senior Vice President at Logica North America for 4 years and Vice President at Data Architects for 5 years prior to that position. Cecchini holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Babson College.

Alexander began his career in healthcare staffing in 1992 when he founded Atlanta-based Elite Medical. Elite found a niche by providing traveling and contract healthcare professionals to medical facilities throughout the country. By 2002 he led the company to number 218 on Inc. Magazine’s list of 500 fastest growing companies in the country. Later that year, Alexander sold Elite to MPS Group as its platform into the healthcare industry. Elite Medical was subsequently re-branded as Soliant Health and is now one of the nation’s 10 largest providers of travel healthcare staffing services.
Alexander is the past president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services and serves on the board of the Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences. He holds a BBA and MS in strategic management from Georgia State University where he was recognized by the school’s Robinson College of Business as one of the Outstanding Young Alumnus.

Daniel Masata is Senior Vice President, Integration, at Adecco Group North America, part of the world’s largest recruitment and workforce solutions provider. Masata is responsible for leading the firm’s integration efforts following the merger of MPS Group with Adecco North America. His primary focus is on strengthening Adecco’s portfolio of services and solutions and unlocking important synergies in order to combine the strengths of both companies to the benefit of nearly 8,000 colleagues, over 15,000 clients and the additional 100,000 temporary associates it employs everyday across North America.
Masata began his career in the staffing industry ten years ago as s working student in a multi-business line branch of German subsidiary DIS AG. Most recently, Masata was Lead Project Manager for Adecco Group’s global strategy execution project Adecco Profitable Growth 2012. In this role, Masata and his small team coordinated more than fifty work streams across ten of the Group’s key countries, embracing the valuable work of the local teams. Among other areas, the project featured implementation work and best practice exchange around delivery models, associate management, business specialization or colleague retention.
Immediately prior to this, Masata gained deep insights into the business during a two year term as Executive Management Assistant to the Adecco Group CEO & CFO. His experience from this role ranges from M&A projects over Finance and Corporate governance projects to his involvement in a global strategy review and various strategic client initiatives. Masata has seen Adecco business, people, operating models and business environments in Europe, Asia, North and Latin America and Australia.
At DIS AG, Daniel experienced all aspects of day-to-day branch activity in both a General and Professional Staffing environment while simultaneously completing his university studies. After completing his assignments and earning his degree, Masata was appointed Executive Management Assistant to the CEO & CFO at DIS AG’s headquarters. During this time, DIS AG received a take-over offer by Adecco and finally became part of the Adecco Group.
Masata earned a master degree in International Management and Strategic Controlling from the University of Mannheim, Germany, where he also studied American and English Studies. In addition, Masata spent a year in Nice, France to complete business and economics major studies at the Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (EDHEC). Masata is an Adecco Leadership Program II graduate from IMD Global Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a German national and lives in New York with his wife and two children.

Most recently, Leeby served as Senior Vice President overseeing business development, marketing, and the talent management business unit. Prior to joining Beeline, Mr. Leeby spent 10 years in the consumer products industry serving in various sales, marketing, and strategic planning roles. Mr. Leeby attended Vanderbilt University where he received a Masters in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
